Haji di usia muda

3 minggu lepas, bertemu makcikku di Kelana Jaya. Berangkat untuk menunaikan haji.

Labaikallahuma labaik

Dalam banyak-banyak pesan, suami memesan agar banyak bersabar. Perjalanan haji memang menuntut kesabaran.

Adoi Fawwaz

"Apa contoh najis muhafafah?" tanya abahnya
"Kan abah dah sebut, baby pakai lampin tu," sambung abahnya lagi, "Kenapa baby pakai lampin?"

"Sebab dia tutup aurat."

Tergelak abahnya.

Gara-gara tertinggal beg sekolah kebangsaan.

Weekend was spent with the grandmother's kids drilling them for their exams (which is I am forever grateful, because I tend to flare up quickly when teaching them, especially on my boy T_T). I did ask them to bring back their practice books, but as usual, kids will always be kids. They tend to forget to bring back things for revision.

Anyway, my sister sent the below images through Viber, because today, both of them had Bahasa Melayu exam (or is it called Bahasa Malaysia back nowadays?) and Ejaan. So of course, they were drilled on Sunday afternoon for their spellings.

I tend not to worry much on my girl, since she is hardworking and tend to finish her home works (even for the Sekolah Agama). As for my boy, I had to check the content one by one in his bag. Good luck to both of my kids!

Fahri had been teaching his older brother on orderly arrangements of months and days in English. Yes, seriously, Fawwaz had to be drilled all the time on the small matters.

And yesterday, Fahri even took the time to write ABC in capital letters.

And here is the entry that won 2nd place in the kindergarten's colouring contest. It was pasted in the kitchen.

Made with love

Yesterday, he came back from his group discussion after Maghrib.

Then he told us (Fahri & Fateh - who were busy playing with their new toy cars from my mom; and me) that he have not eaten anything yet for dinner. Quick solution will be take out.

Thus, when he prepared himself to go to surau, I cooked Maggi Goreng.

Even though it was just a simple dish, it was made with love.

To live without a washing machine

Washing machine has gone kaput during the weekend. The spin cycle cannot be used.

And actually, the machine emitted funny sounds for the past few months. Being a heavy user, we just ignored it.

Thus, we had been shipping our clothes to my mom's house.

It was fixed yesterday.

Oh thank you Allah for the invention of washing machine.
