I don't know how we started to hang out with each other, in the first place. Maybe because we came from the same university, and entered the workforce at the same time. In fact, the daily ramblings in e-mails or SMS has been non stop for the ladies.
Then we had 2 more kakaks in the group, kak Tie and kak Elin. Both has been really catching up with us, and we would chat over lunch time.
I think it is wonderful that we patched things up and started to tell about our work, even though we work in the same company, ahaha. So of course, lunch had been the time that we will meet - not necessarily the 9 of us together, but there will always be like 3 to 4 ladies meeting up just for a quick lunch.
I do think that this set of friends keep my sanity in check. I had been through one of the toughest working years in my life, and they always backed me up. And then the husbands unnecessarily (or necessarily) knows about us and they were like, "Tak cukup lagi ke masa jumpa kat office?" because we will keep texting each others non stop when we had something exciting to tell. Usually for others, it might seems like a mundane stuff, but for us we had our girls talks (plus of course our work talk).
And when we do our online shopping, we will do it in style. We will poll together the orders and do bulk ordering, usually on scarves.
I kinda like that each of us had different characters. I am sort of hard headed and temperamental, but others are soft heart even though they looked stern in the outside.
Anyway, we do keep up to date with current issues, which is quite interesting.. hehe

Anyway, for a friendship that will last forever.. even we become old.. or even when we switch companies (if there is any) later.
Thanks for keeping me sane, girls!
